Service Description Services offered through this website are pre-booked private chauffeur services coordinated by ATL Luxury Ride LLC and provided by independent, properly licensed drivers operating in the State of Georgia. ATL Luxury Ride LLC acts solely as a booking and dispatch service and does not operate as a transportation carrier.
2. Service Area All services are provided exclusively within the State of Georgia (GA). 3. Booking & Pre Booking Policy All services are pre-booked only. Submission of a service request does not guarantee availability until confirmed by the assigned driver. 4. Payment Policy 100% prepayment is required for all services. Payment may be completed online through the website or directly with the driver using Square Cash. No service will be provided without confirmed payment. 5. Pricing Airport Transfer services are provided at a flat, one-way rate within the specified mileage radius. Hourly Chauffeur Service requires a minimum booking of two (2) hours. Additional time, distance, waiting time, or special requests may result in additional charges. All pricing is confirmed prior to service. 6. Cancellations & No Shows Cancellations or changes should be requested as early as possible. Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on timing and circumstances. No show bookings are non refundable. 7. Communication Policy After booking confirmation, all trip-related communication, including pickup coordination and timing, is conducted directly between the client and the assigned driver. ATL Luxury Ride LLC does not participate in real-time trip coordination unless operational assistance is required. 8. Delays & Force Majeure ATL Luxury Ride LLC and affiliated drivers are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, accidents, flight delays, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. 9. Passenger Responsibility Passenger and luggage limits must be observed for safety and regulatory compliance. Failure to comply may result in refusal of service without refund. Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off information. 10. Liability Disclaimer ATL Luxury Ride LLC and affiliated drivers are not liable for missed flights, appointments, or personal belongings left in the vehicle. 11. Privacy & Confidentiality Client personal and payment information is treated as confidential and used solely for service fulfillment. Sensitive payment information is processed through third-party payment providers and is not stored by ATL Luxury Ride LLC. 12. Acceptance of Terms By submitting a service request through this website, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
